August 2022 – Agile Change Management

With all the buzzwords you might hear about agile, you don’t often hear much about agile change management. Interesting when you think that the amount of change that agile brings can be far-reaching, from individuals to teams through to the entire organisation. In addition, being and doing agile requires us to change on many levels: we have to learn new skills, integrate new values and challenge our identity.

So, how can we manage the people-side of change to make agile transformations more successful?

Astrid brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to this month’s Radically Community Talks session, and we’d love to discuss how effective agile change management can take the success of the work you’re doing from good to great!

Come join the conversation around:

  • Good practices for agile change management
  • What pitfalls or things to be wary of or avoid
  • Real examples, stories, and knowledge to take away and use with your change

This is an interactive session, so bring your examples and questions, and please don’t forget to bring a like-minded friend/colleague to join our korero.
