Today's challenges cannot be solved with conventional approaches.

Meet
the team.

Radically was founded from Edwin and Dan working together to help New Zealand organisations adopt an agile mindset.

Both had a curious background blending leadership, management and hands-on experience improving agile delivery. This unique blend of skills led them to be in demand with modern leaders looking to understand how they could harness agile concepts throughout their organisations.

Eventually this led them to the realisation that the New Zealand market needed a new type of consultancy that could help leaders transform their organisations to thrive in a world of continual change.
